Noticed Commission fluctuated alot. Which was terrible If the store is busy and your a lower tier store it will reflect well on your paycheck Management can care and benefits were good! Fun activities Terrible HR Experience Management Can be just bad eggs Constant rotation of employees if pay isnt good for them. Company was sold TOP HEAVY. Give you the tools to run a business. Will sometimes change comp structure to help you get paid. Work/life balance is terrible!!!!! District Managers love to use the phrase “By law we do not have to approve vacation”. They took the managers to Utah to tell them they don’t have to sell as much cutting the cap in how much they can make. Thus lowering how much the Managers Can make to pay the reps more. Then they fire/demote the managers that don’t lead the store in sales even though they are responsible for training, hiring, business prospecting, inventory etc. The Store Manager is LITERALLY responsible for everybody else’s position. There is a position called Business Account Executive that Store Managers have to call local businesses and extract leads for however the people in this position beg the Store Managers for their sales. The Store Managers are put under so much scrutiny because the District Managers don’t want to be involved with the responsibility. Upper management and HR are friends because of all the time they’ve worked together in other companies that were bought out by Spring Mobile. Promote and celebrate the most fraudulent individuals. They make the store manager handle every aspect of the store giving the reps and assistant store managers zero to no responsibility. The way the commission structure is set up Assistant Managers Can easily make as much as the store manager with half the responsibility. -1.0 NEGATIVE -1.0 NEGATIVE 1.0 APPROVE 0.0 2.0 1.0 3.0 2.0 4.0 3.0 140219 Open Have a serious sit down with the Store Managers, and divide the responsibilities if you want them to be the best sales representatives in the store. Uncap the earning potential of the Store Manager. Establish an actual training program (Not a click through class) for Assistant Managers to become Store Managers by holding them to a level of accountability. Make the Assistant Managers do the blitz calls again (How Can Store Managers sell when they’re not in the store?)
