During my time of selling communication service and inventory, the commission structure changed about twice a year. They sale you that it is better and it usually is not, but you can't say anything or else you are labeled. There has been a major shift in management. Multiple CEO's and upper management within a year. This is not a stable company to work for. Last year, they decided that they were spending too much on payroll, so, the restructured the commission scale. Many of the employees, in non metropolitan areas, have taken a HUGE pay cut. This has resulted in loss of vehicles, and foreclosed homes. It also has created a poor work environment. Morale, and sales have been down.
