I believe that sprenger retirement community is a nice place too work. You truly do have to have a careing heart for the residents. If not you need not to work at any facilities. The residents are more care for than anywhere else. I should say. They want answers just like everyone else does. That's there right to listen. And ask question about how they feel about certain situations. It's not always about business it's about how you can make change in someone else's life.

You don't come here to advance your career. But if you need work life balance it's okay. They pay just under a fair wage for your role but you get to go home on time. Upper management is generally terrible but the upside is you can pretty much navigate most days without dealing with them.
