I felt as though the “higher-ups” didn’t care for their teachers and staff in the ways that they should have. Emphasis was put more on the health and well-being of the students, with little regards to health and well-being of staff.

I really enjoyed my time working for Robertson County schools. I had the work/life balance I was seeking at that time, having children school aged children. The pay was better with time, and took care of the supplemental income I was looking for.

What you do for Robertson County Schools affects the children. The job is great in that aspect. However, the pay is horrible for what you have to do. The staff for the most part is great. The office staff (Managers) at Central office needs alot of work.
