Depending on what's your objective... To climb the corporate ladder or to have a 9 to 5 job (in this case Mon-Thu 8.30am to 6pm, Fri 8.30am to 5.30pm) . There's definitely good balance of work-life in this company.
From lunchtime talks /workshops to monthly fruity day, from annual health screening to Kids@Work and Movie Nights. There's plenty to involve staff and their families.
Work Hard, Play Harder!
(at least currently it still is!)

Managing the expectations of the internal customers (aka Our Bosses!) and the external customers (SMEs), and striking a balance between the two is a constant challenge.
There's always 'spanners' thrown and never ending reviews.
