Listen to your employees. You say that you listen but the truth is that it had been expressed many times that the team I was in needed more people. Management team decided it was not necessary and that was the end of that. I understand there was a hiring freeze during the pandemic but this was an issue that was seen before the pandemic started.

Relatively young work force, that is eager to do good work. Good starting point for those interested in learning about customer service and working in an office setting.

No pay transparency, no real career path or viable chance of promotion as the departments are very small and mostly determined by favoritism. Most positions are being outsourced to Colombia in order to be able to continue to underpay their staff.

Actually invest in your workers and notice the trend of clearly talented individuals that have left in the last years due to the lack of appreciation on your end, lack of job growth and extremely low pay. You find loopholes on payscale in order not to pay at market value by creating job titles that don’t exactly match on payscale, allowing you to just create an amount you feel is fine, while refusing to allow the company to discuss pay wage transparency.
I also suggest you learn from the reviews instead of burying them deep with fake positive reviews every time a slightly negative one pops up. One of your “core values” you love to tout is Accountability - it’s time for you to take accountability for the abysmal pay you offer at your company and for trying to silence feedback.
I look forward to seeing the next 3-5 fake positive reviews that will seek to bury this review and label any negative review as a disgruntled former employee.
