None really. The only things I'd call out is that Spruce is still an early-stage startup -- be comfortable with a certain degree of ambiguity and wearing at least a couple of different hats. I see these as benefits really for people who want to keep learning.

Fantastic team with really great camaraderie. Relaxed yet professional work environment. Long on real benefits (health care, lunch, etc.) while skipping gimmicky stuff, though nobody would stop you from buying a beanbag chair or whatever if you really wanted one. Lots of respect from management for an actually reasonable work-life balance, even though the company is young.

Nothing super material, but it's an open-office design if that would bug you. Noise levels are not high, though, as most chatter happens across Slack.
