Owner seems to have issues less then 8 hours notice to work away ment to be one night ending up being a week some of the installers are very lazy
|
A few nice blokes work for them the rest are sly and moan about everything.
The owner is nice and promises you the world untill you get the job stay away is my recommendation
|
The actual job is interesting

The company is out of state regulation and compliance codes. They randomly fire people “at will” is how they achieve this.

As a supervisor, I was trying to keep residents to follow the stay at home order of the Governor, but as soon as I would leave staff would take them out. Rules were not followed, guidelineswerinconsistent. Staff would not follow rules or directions either for their job guidelinesWeinconsistent

Hours were good, pay was good

Called in all the time, let go when owner didn’t want staff upset over how much conflict it was taking to become compliant

Very easy work depending on your department. Employees are very nice people. However, managers micromanage innocuous tasks and can sometimes be harsh. It would help if they were more collaborative. Good work isn't rewarded, so you're only incentivized to do the bare minimum.
