Great employees, some things to work on.

People who work at Sqore is one of the biggest assets of the company. The company is truly international and everyone is very open-minded.
|
The company tends to follow the micromanagement style. Half of the company is composed of managers so the coordination can be a little messy at times. Sqore doesn't really have a proper onboarding process as well as exit-process. New employees are confused for several weeks or even for months just trying to figure out what the product is and how we work. Also, employees are not notified early enough when it comes to the end of the contract. This can create fear for some people in terms of job security. It is a "start-up" company so things are continuously changing which is fine however the communication from the management is not properly delivered sometimes.

Wonderful company culture and vision, middle management is wanting

Rewarding work, good coworkers, good leadership. Positive atmosphere, you get the feeling that the top leadership really cares about every individual in the company.
|
There's a disconnect between upper management and middle management, most likely because they try to keep the organization flat. There's also no one really available to discuss trouble you have in the workplace if something is going wrong.

Because of the rapid growth, processes and communication structures are constantly changing. This can cause confusion and frustration. Also, with roles constantly evolving it can be hard to get a clear sense of how your position in the company will look long-term Typically employees in positions deemed obsolete are re-assigned rather than terminated, but one's role may change in unexpected ways which could be undesirable for someone looking for a more structured career path.
