3. Cab/ Bus facility .
4. Good infrastructure.
5. Job security compare to other service based it companies.

1. Its very dificult to get a release from a project if you dont want to continue project
2. Sometimes management pressurise automation testing resources to accept manual testing role and skill set is not considered.
3. Very few domains.
4. In some projects team lead misuses there power to frustrate junior employees and management ignores it oftenly.
5. Designation promotion is very rare and dificult.
