They usually don't even talk to an employee unless they have something negative to say. Favoritism runs rampant. Inconsistent enforcement of policies. Hard work is never recognized, unless they want you to do more. Consistently expected to run multiple areas then asked why you're not getting anything done. Leads will throw you under the bus because they have 0 accountability. Place is slowly losing money and moral. 90 percent of the people that work there are miserable. Top management does not care about the employees. We have surveys twice a year, but nothing changes. There is a board where employees can ask questions and management only answers the surface questions. The current management teams -general manager, human resource manager and the director of operations has ran our company into the ground. Customers are taking their business elsewhere. Business is leaving but they continue to push us to build product for it to sit on the shelves. Most that work there take pride in their work and the fact they work for SRC.
