Incredible people (most of them) wasted and alienated by some of the leadership.

CEO is horrible, prioritizes revenue to shareholders and board over employee happiness and culture which was great before her and now is horrible. Board is in her pocket and thus no one can do anything. Senior leaders are quitting in droves.

The people can be great, and there is fun work to be done if you happen to get in with the right folks. There’s a good culture here for those in that group, and the quality of life is really generally pretty great.

These people play favorites, and it’s apparently impossible to ingratiate yourself once you’re an UNfavorite. I tried really hard. Leadership is cowardly and communication is atrocious—they play a lot of games wi the employees’ emotions and will pass the buck nonstop if they don’t feel like dealing with you. Pay is not great and there is zero opportunity for advancement. Most work you’ll get is very boring, and even though they’ll tell you everybody works on everything, that’s not true at all. Once you get you’re boring clients, you’re stuck with them for the long haul.
