Awful leadership with no accountability, trust or vision, just fearful, ineffective "leadership." It's a miracle they haven't crumbled. Falling behind, no longer a leader in the space, getting passed up by more modern firms who ACTUALLY TAKE RISKS.
Leaders in Innovation are ineffective as best, cruel at their worst. Overworked, underpaid... and the work that SRG produces is very, very mediocre. Junior employees suffer. Top heavy doesn't even come close to describe the issues here.

SRG is a great agency that handles each client and project with expertise. Employees are taken care of with good benefits.
