but sometime you need to travel from Gurgaon to Delhi office without your interest. Sometime you need to travel out of city too. The negative point is, if you don't want to work in any specific project, still you have to work on that, No support from manager on this.
If you raised your concern then HR will listen and forget. Salary hike is not decent. If you haven’t worked on project then forget about the salary hike. No Award, No function.

- Listen each and every employee.
- Try to know their interest regarding project.
- Avoid unnecessary travel from GGN to Delhi or Delhi to GGN.
- Offer good salary hike in one go rather two.
- You hired every employee by interviews, so all your employee is your valuables, try not to let them go.
- Try to have all kind technical expertises and team, Don’t focus only on PHP.
