Talent is unrecognized due to lack of inclusion so promotions and treatment of employees is based on if you’re in “the club” or not. Work life balance is non existent. Employee feedback for process improvements or the current turmoil the company is in goes ignored. Dated technology and grand ideas of changes to grow, but poor execution. Multiple efforts have been made to communicate to CEO/COO areas of issue, yet it’s met with denial or “it’s them - not me” kind of defense. As top talent exits they are immediately erased as contributors and dismissed. Blame game runs rampant and starts from the top. It went from a place of commodore to zoom call zombies. Feels now too late and too little to save the culture or top performers. A turn around seems unlikely.
