They put up a good front.

The products that they make are kind of interesting at first.
|
The company falls into a number of pitfalls that nobody can really do anything to fix. They allow the customers to bully them around, even when the customer doesn't understand the technology in their products. They refuse to fire long time employees who verbally abuse other employees, and even verbally abuse their subordinates. The work environment is regularly hostile and the work is always behind schedule because nobody is willing to tell the customer no even when they demand changes after drop dead dates and demand meeting the original timing.

Used to be a great company...when it got sold to Amphenol everything changed
|
Was black listed for speaking the truth...not once...not twice...but 3 times. Trusted HR only to be harassed by CEO. Plainfield has no loyalty and will have many lawsuits due to harassment and illegal activity. So sad that the company has a 90% turnover in 90 days. I feel bad for the operators as well as support staff. They are all institutionalized because they know no better. People in management positions have no business or experience in them. So so sad.

Constantly shifting management, management is strict on the pointless stuff but not strict on the important stuff.
After becoming a monitor you get paid poorly and raises come slow.
Overtime isn’t guranteed
Management ignores advice given by employees
Monitors sre given a hard time before even getting a raise to show for the increased responsibilities
