If you see something going wrong, you can’t really report it due to internal politics and fear. - Micromanagement is very strong here. - No HR/Culture representative. - No WFH flexibility. - Expect to be called after hours a lot - don’t expect work/life balance. - Beware of some of these 5 star reviews here as they seem fabricated by some of the employees trying to obtain favouritism. -1.0 NEGATIVE -1.0 NEGATIVE -1.0 DISAPPROVE 2.0 1.0 1.0 2.0 1.0 1.0 1.0 818461 Open Don’t really have any as they never learn the advice that employees give. You can get a call and expect to answer it at any time, Sundays included. - Pay is average unless you are a dev.
