Looks good on the outside, but terrible on the inside.
|
|
- Easy to take leave.
- Generally great people working there, very hardworking.
|
- Expect to work long hours (9-6pm) without much of your work being recognised.
- Lack of diversity - very high turnover rate for many reasons!
- Internal politics is strong here, and favouritism. If you see something going wrong, you can’t really report it due to internal politics and fear.
- Micromanagement is very strong here.
- No HR/Culture representative.
- No WFH flexibility.
- Expect to be called after hours a lot - don’t expect work/life balance.
- Beware of some of these 5 star reviews here as they seem fabricated by some of the employees trying to obtain favouritism.

- Set your own salary & reviewed every year
- Annual Reviews are with the Chief Architect, he takes you out for dinner and a walk to hear honestly how your year has been and helps you set goals for the next year. This is often on weekends - but it is definitely not work.
- There is no CEO, only a Chief Architect - very developer focused
- Heaps of Annual Leave & no real approval required
- Company Retreats & Brainstorming Days

- Maintaining SSW Rules is frustrating, but also handy if I don't know how to do something
- Consulting is not for the faint hearted - you switch projects frequently

Work here for a period, then find something better.

- They have some nice people working there, incredibly.
- Easy to take leave, in general.
- People diversity.
- If you can work here, you can work wherever you want.
|
- Micromanagement is really strong here.
- No work/life balance. You can get a call and expect to answer it at any time, Sundays included.
- Pay is average unless you are a dev. I've heard many colleague's complaints about this.
- Non-existence presence of HR/Culture/People management in this company.
- CEO isn't really a CEO, as he doesn't act like one.
- Extremely high turnover rate.

Hire a proper People person. Employees keep asking to leave for many reasons (above), but this could help create really important standards they don't have related to people, career and growth (weirdly, as they have so many rules).
