Owner lacks values, Bullies Employees. Owner Has no Technical background which causes workplace tension. Company has an over 100% turnover rate. No 401K plan. Lots of uncompensated time worked. I once had the owner tell me that a client has more priority over another because they pay more, again just Horrible Values.

- CEO is incredibly supportive of both personal and professional growth
- Ability to focus on many different technologies and technology verticals
- Incredible growth potential
- Great team environment
- Shared "greater good" mentality
- Very customer focused (taking care of the client is more important than money)
- AWESOME location near uptown
|
- Smaller employee count means personal accountability is very important
- Commute uptown can sometimes be a bear
- If you're looking to hide behind other people and paperwork, this company would not be a good fit. On the other side of this coin, great work is recognized and rewarded because it's so visible.
