Product is great. Compares well to other DSPs

Leaders - very inexperienced. A lot of them only know Stackadapt. A lot of cool aid drinking. Lack sales experience from other orgs. Lack empathy. Bait and switch on conversations. From my understanding a lot of them have equity and can’t read the room because of it.
Commissions are terrible. Atrocious. This place is to focused on IPO and putting more money back in their pocket while reps scratch and crawl for a decent commission check. Company created a we win together where if they miss their number they’ll take money away from reps commission checks. I don’t any words for how insane that is.
Can’t tell if they want reps to leave on their own.
