I would suggest systematically pairing people (senior+senior & senior+junior). This would allow people to adjust and grow into the high standards the company holds. The presence of these high standards are what makes Stack Builders great and I remember my pairing sessions were crucial for making me grow into those shoes and adjusting with the team.

I never imagined to find such a place to work in the country where it's based on (Ecuador), the country's work culture, in general, is very poor, lacking benefits and career challenges. Stack Builders does exactly the opposite. As keeping the company culture very high, the team is highly valued.
As developers, we're always learn to build top quality software with by applying good practices and software design concepts. For in-house developers, there a formal workflow to be promoted to higher levels and salary.

Wishing to work here is not enough, the hiring process is a tough one because they evaluate technical, communicational and soft skills. The journey doesn't end there, for some people it can be a challenge to fulfill assessments and goals but if you try hard it shouldn't be a problem.
