Management does not give employees a chance to succeed or provide tools to do their job. Decisions are made on gut feelings rather than performance and metrics. There is no on-boarding experience or direction for new hires. Management severely lacks the ability to communicate with their employees. Some of those in leadership roles play favorites with certain employees preventing others from being on a level playing field. There is very little opportunity for advancement.

Great people and culture, rapid growth, lots of opportunities to move the needle at an individual and team level. Catered lunches, team and company outings, relaxed workplace, open vacation policy and other good benefits, low drama. Everyone is super supportive of one another and genuinely want to see and help others succeed. Great "team" atmosphere. Lots of opportunities for people as the company grows. If you're energized by growth and challenges and incredible teammates, like I am, it's an amazing place.

From my perspective, there really are very few. There are always some growing pains when a company grows as fast as Stackify has been growing, but the team does a great job of adapting as the company grows and new challenges arise.
