They treat you respectfully when matching you with Jobs, and do their best. Very knowledgeable. + Job changes each week + Some of the jobs horribly treat foreign hispanic workers. LT Apparel had an 8 month pregnant lady sit on the dirty floor on a cardboard box while eating lunch. None of the managers at LT Apparel cared. They manipulate and threaten their staff as if they owed them money. Constant demand for employees to stay over and not get paid. They even want you to be on call in case you need to come in to the office and take care of business. They cross the line and break labor laws constantly. They do anything in their power to avoid temps collecting unemployment benefits and could care less for workers compensation claims. Their clients are ese and SA never stands up for you or support you when you need their assistance- you are on your own and make sure to get results without proper guidance. Employee training, employee manuals, salary guides, and on-boarding are non-existent . You'll always be busy 12 hours of your scheduled 8 hour shift! Branch manager is "laid back" & you'll always meet new people you work with! Everyone leaves. "Downsides" is saying it lightly! Manager flat out horrible. Laid back because she does nothing & watches her team do it all while she profits out of our success! Half the pay to be exact! On-board training, nonexistent. Get out there & learn yourselves while breaking every labor law on the way. Which is encouraged! I take much pleasure to watch the day NJ Dept of Labor closes this place down. So in plain English...don't apply to work here internally or apply for their "services". They'll pay you a portion of their client fees. Crooks & liars! Training was simple: Hands on! They do not have a program in place. Too often there is poor support level from the corporate office. Company is not big and will never grow based on current management.
