I have worked with Staffingforce for several years and it has been a wonderful, life changing experience. I came in with fear of the phone, now I have a steady amount of repeat clients and I am having success. I was able to work on the open reqs until I learned my flow and overcame myself.

It takes some time to get use to commission only. Good news is once you have a flow of placements, you can draw a nice salary out of your own savings account.

Have to pay a fee. A lot of the recruiters have little if any experience. Seems more like multilevel marketing. I'm not sure if the majority of the jobs are even real. Tried it and didn't get anything out of it other than fear of having my bank account debited

Its a great way to be trained to be a professional staffing agent. There is an entire database containing tutorials that explain from the ground up to begin making money (commissions) on your candidate placements. I made several candidate placements in the first few months of joining the company.. You set your own hours and have control over (work smarter) how much you can make every week.
