Came into this company with high hopes and optimism and unfortunately was quickly disappointed.
The management lacks in respect and approach to minor situations. Rather than addressing hurdles with maturity and understanding, they will resolve by diminishing an employee's confidence and undermine their knowledge and expect for the employee to remain quiet. If the employee speaks up, it is met with fabrication and a plan to drive you out.
I should have read the several other reviews prior to accepting their offer. I was immediately turned off and resigned before I could even demonstrate my work.

This company will give you several times to get it right. They are very patience and want to make sure you are not overworked. They try to work as a team and include everyone. They really want you to be successful in life.

The IT department is non existent. If you need any time of help figuring out something with the company software, don't wait till the last minute. They have one IT person and I must say that person is not as involved as the rest of the company.

You work with cool brands that you can see in target, whole foods, costco, etc. The company has under 100 people so your voice is heard and you can see your impact on the company.

This is a fast paced environment and is not for everyone! Because you work with multiple clients you have to have good time-management. If you prefer a slower paced environment this is not the place for you. Because the company is still young there is constant changes as we grow! This can be difficult for people to adjust but necessary as the company gets big! The company pay is average but that is offset by how much you learn as you move forward in your career
