Company culture is laid-back, friendly and down to earth. You will be treated like one of the family here. Great work-hard, play-hard company attitude. The level of transparency that leadership provides is excellent. During our company-wide meetings, management will share company advances, employees achievements, set backs and roadblocks. I never felt like I wasn’t in the know about the current financials and future direction of the company.
Room for personal development and career growth is huge. The leadership team wants to see you succeed and will work with you to ensure growth. There is very little micromanagement. If you are looking for hand-holding, you will not find it here. That being said, there is plenty of opportunity to learn from extremely smart, approachable and talented industry veterans who are more than happy to go the extra mile to provide support. Management offers employees flexibility to take on new roles as skill sets evolve.

Dying company in a competitive industry

CEO is a genuinely good person. The midtown location is great, though the office itself is nothing to boast about.
|
Senior management devotes so much time to petty arguments and turf battles that actual work is secondary. In a company this size, that's devastating. Some weeks it was a worry whether they could meet payroll. Still in a startup mentality with ever changing goals. Impulsive management decisions.
