Man kann wirklich viel Lernen und jeder Mitarbeiter ist wertvoll und Teil des Teams. Einmal Stagelink, immer Stagelink! 4.8 5.0 5.0 5.0 5.0 5.0 5.0 5.0 3.0 5.0 5.0 Super! Sehr fair. Als Student bekommt man die nötige Betreuung und kann viel lernen. Regelmäßige Feedback-Gespräche, die einem auch helfen sich weiterzuentwickeln. Man bekommt ein MacBook gestellt und hat stets super Equipment zum arbeiten. Neutral, wird weder zu stark darauf geachtet noch komplett außer Acht gelassen. Neben den Routine-Tasks hat man die Gelegenheit auch eigenverantwortlich Projekte zu übernehmen oder sich auch an diversen Prozessoptimierungen zu beteiligen. Es gibt immer ein offenes Ohr. Top Start Up Atmosphäre mit einem super Team Spirit. Der CEO legt auch großen Wert auf das Wohlbefinden der Mitarbeiter und das wird schnell bemerkbar. Regelmäßige Team-Events, Office Supplies und eine steile Lernkurve als Werkstudent... Alles vorhanden. Man wird auch nicht als irgendein Student angesehen, sondern partizipiert an allem, spricht mit allen auf Augenhöhe und bekommt entsprecht auch Verantwortung und eigenständige Projekte. Bei Stagelink fühle ich mich sehr wohl! Die Kollegen sind nett, es herrscht eine positive und angenehme Atmosphäre. Das Arbeitsumfeld ist gemütlich und hat eine schöne Aussicht. Regelmäßig gibt es spannende Team-Events bei denen wir uns noch besser kennlernen!
