A very toxic place to work in. Staff members are routinely talked about in a bad light. Higher management are intent on sweeping issues under the rug and concentrate solely on glossy PR imaging and brochures. Try addressing the real issues at hand, rather than the nasty little words of very clever and manipulative individuals, out to secure their own position in a self appointed hierarchy. More pressing issues are ignored, whilst very minor situations get dealt with in an overhanded way. Completely not recommended to anyone thinking of joining this collection of ivory tower builders.
