You can get hired easily, but that's only because a lot of employees quit due to how horrible working at Stampli is.

Horrible management keeps setting unrealistic goals to meet. Employees are overworked, underpaid, and unappreciated. Opportunities for growth are basically non-existent.

Toxic environment and horrible management

Team members are great, extremely helpful, and made working here bearable.
|
Many product integrations simply do not work and require an extreme amount of follow up for things to get looked at. The prioritization system put in place is constantly changing and is very inefficient in getting major bugs fixed.
Management likes to say that they listen to feedback but will not listen to or consider things that are not in line with their original plans.
Was asked to lie or hide things from customers many times to convince them to move forward, these things often were found out by the customer and then CSM or AE would take the hit for the customer churn and be blamed by management.
CEO often singles out specific situations and puts team members on the spot in front of multiple teams putting them in an awkward position and after feedback was given that this made multiple people uncomfortable the response was that this was due to a "cultural difference" and things shouldn't be taken personally.
Bonus was extremely challenging to hit, management would not consider any one off situations even when it was management themselves that made a decision to fire a customer the CSM still took the fall. Also made changes halfway through the quarter and backdated it before the notice, when this was pushed back on they said they had the legal ability to do so and had no empathy to retroactively changing bonus structure.

Absolute toxic workplace of bullying and harassment led by upper level management. It will be a struggle for many to hit quota unless you get lucky, otherwise they are unattainable goals with too many sellers on the team. Most entry level employees are severely underappreciated. Employees are just a number against management while professional development, growth and an enjoyable workplace are nowhere on their radar.
