Universal Banker (Teller) Frankfort, IL Universal Banker I (Teller) Surrounded by excellent coworkers for the most part Great exposure to retail banking and what the industry entails SB&T's teller systems were a little outdated and would, in fact, over complicate a lot of aspects of the job that were supposedly much simpler at more technologically updated bank teller lines. Warm and welcoming people. Senior management is nice. Since it's a small company, you wear lots of hats. Hard to move on to next level. Universal Banker There are great employees that work here and helpful supervisors. Lunch breaks last up to 45 minutes. Customers are great people to interact with. There is not much room to advance without another employee leaving. Very political and everyone at Hickory Hills back office department are mean. The bank is getting sold to First Midwest Bank which means we will probably lose our jobs. They never cared about their employees...their incentive plan for bankers was put in place to set us up to fail and give us all poor morale. The brances need updating. Nice people in the company who help you complete your daily customer service issues. Able to assist customers fully with all services of the bank. Great company to work for and the people are so nice and helpful.
