Friendly, family-focused company. Very nice people to work with/for. I wouldn't go back, but only because they can't pay what I'm worth and they seem to show favoritism as far as promotions are concerned rather than work-ethic or intelligence/testing.

Pulling orders for jobs, pulling tools for jobs, warehouse invetory, Freon recovery and inventory, loading and unloading trucks, semis, trailers. Fast paced and busy .Management is sometimes understanding, sometimes not. Workplace culture is very cut throat and competitive. Hardest part of the job is sometimes weather conditions can be tough to work in. most enjoyable part of the job is always learning about the business.I learned many aspects of the heating and cooling industry.
