I learned how to better interact with various different types of people and how to explain more clearly what I was doing. The management was okay as long as you submitted all of the info you gathered from each customer on time, but I didn't have much interaction with them other than through email. I didn't work with anyone excluding the small amount of time I was training for the position, but during that time I didn't have any problems and had a decent experience. The hardest part of the job was a tie between having to handle 8 calls a day all in places spread across DFW while having a 2-3 hour time limit to complete 4 calls at a time, and sometimes there were pretty complicated installations that I wasn't trained for. The most enjoyable part though was the fact that sometimes I would have really short work days with maybe one or two calls and I would be done before noon. Departments would meet daily -download issues and prepare a plan of progress. Working here i learned people skills along with business workplace etiquette and accounting. the co- workers here were amazingly helpful and enthusiastic about the job they had. There were many people in the field that relied on me to direct them. The hardest part of the job was keeping up with the spreadsheets and keeping them updated on a daily basis, although, that got easier with time and experience. What i enjoyed most was the atmosphere in which i worked.
