Beautiful campus, but culture can be at times toxic

Stanford campus is gorgeous, benefits are good, great work-life balance.
|
Can be bureaucratic and slow. Extremely political, and at least a handful of unhappy female faculty and staff who are not recognized in the same way as their male peers, even though there is a lot of talk of diversity and inclusion from leadership.
