Management doesnt know how to do things half the time
Drs techs doing all the labor and not recognition
If you want to be yelled at by both the patients and the management team you found the perfect place for that
Planned something ahead in advance? Good luck going through with those plans, management will forget and schedule you anyways.
Want to have management tell you a procedure but then yell at you for doing it that way a few days later? Come work here.
You want to be broken down both physically and mentally and still be expected to smile and act like nothings going on? You found the place
You get no help from the sales side at all but then they’ll grill you on how times are slow.
Be held accountable for every little thing including the managers own mistakes and they don’t admit to being wrong.
The constant personal attacking when you try to state or tell management anything.

They lied over hours, people are constantly complaining, they have shady practices in terms of making a customer believe the refraction is a doctor. No benefits for someone part-time, even if they're doing 36 hours and can't request off.
