This is grade A technology/services...and also people. Open door policy with upper level management, free food always, flexibility, work from home, there is integrity in everything this company does. Opportunities to do exciting things. Insurance, benefits, 401k match, HSA match, much more. This company will *it feels that way* pay you as little as possible as long as possible- But then you hear about these outrageous numbers being paid out (word of mouth, from very trusted sources current and also ex-employees who know their stuff) and it really says very much- kind of disheartening honestly. After countless conversations for *at least* 2 years with management - it seems as if there is still "no money in the budget" - which tends to be the theme time and time again. Although, we certainly are making waves so take all of this with a grain of salt because the only complaint I myself have (and others I have spoken to) is that we do not make enough money simple as that. Obviously there are reasons that could explain this so always keep your head up it gets better and the good outweighs the bad. This company could do more to keep their talent- there are people that would bend over backwards for our company, lets keep them since they actually care. 1.0 POSITIVE 1.0 POSITIVE 1.0 APPROVE 1.0 5.0 5.0 5.0 5.0 2.0 5.0 694744 Open This is not a negative review at all, this is a clear and transparent perspective intended to provide others an illustrative layout of the state of affairs from a lens that is exposed to all realms of the company. I have said this time and time again, and from my written tone- my management team probably knows who I am, but honestly I would rather let others know. Also, this is how you make change- you have to try to get it yourself, right? Curious to see if anyone says anything to me. Keep doing what you are all doing the culture we have at this company is amazing and I would honestly just put effort into paying people more- or at least people who make other's lives easier and that provide valuable resources. Honestly the biggest investment you could make into your people are compensating them appropriately.
