employee who worked beside me but worked prior for our manager at another business came in my office, yelled at me with fists clenched for doing my own job, then I was let go for causing a disturbance and I was not allowed to talk with the owner about the nepotism manager showed towards that employee so she would not get in trouble for threatening me with her violence. she. could do no wrong.
