You have the ability to work remotely if approved by department manager. It is very difficult to express area's of improvement and dissatisfaction in regards to department procedures to management. I constantly feel that my opinion does not matter and the "open door" policy is not encouraged. Inconsistency with protocols and undefined SOP's. I feel a lack of overall attentiveness to potential clients if that client is not part of fortune 500. Technology of the product needs serious improvement.
