Created a fertile ground for my imagination to grow. Provided initially exciting environment to work. Had great drive and ambition to excel.
Was able to create a distinct distribution channels that was able to stamp their feet properly.
A market leader in the Value Added Services of telecoms. A very innovative company.

Absence of proper organizational structure. Career part not properly defined and so many unqualified staff occupying senior positions.
The right empowerment should be given to those in authority to exercise. Staff welfare and compensation needs to be improved.
