Management is manipulative and, in some cases, arrogant. This has been witnessed mostly at The Gore, one of the hotels. Employees are pushed over their limits in terms of tasks and responsabilities. Then, when someone has a breakdown or decide to leave the job, the management turn a blind eye on it and talk to staff in order to make them feel guilty.
