There needs to be more communication within the organization. A lot of the things behind the scenes are not talked about in the open. Employees are overworked and undervalued.

Seems generar at first until you see the underbelly and unethical business practices. Travel can be a pro as long as you can avoid traveling with owners of the company

Unhealthy work culture, very fear based, and NO consistency in how employees are treated from performance perspective. Erratic management style with constant changing priorities. President of foundation is shady. Celebrity focus and marketing in a way that benefits corporation often takes priority in how they operate.
