Interesting place with good people and lots off products to learn. Opportunity to advance when you do good work. Great office on Lake Michigan.

They seemed to be downsizing rather rapidly and senior people were leaving to start a new fund. Heard it was turning into a family office with just a few people remaining.

Was a great experience while things went well. 2008 really hurt the firm and they never really recovered.

Company is folding and closingb its doors. During the draw down it would have been better to be honest with employees instead of saying everything was ok.
