Updated customers' accounts, dealt with their inquiries regarding their long distance telephone and high speed internet services. Billing issues, payments and adjustments.Sing up new customers, suggesting new plans and products.Here i learned a lot about how to deal with customers' inquiries in a multi cultural environment, with different types of behaviour and attitude. Coaching customers with the company policies and procedures.As a team leader and supervisor I checked calls in my team for the quality assurance kept the team updated with new products and policies.I dealt with the sculpted calls which were the toughest job and resolved these types of problems.We used to have lots of fun outside and inside the company such as picnics and BBQs. The hardest part of the job was the system failure and the most pleasant part was customers' satisfaction. We had lots of funs with our manages in our BBQ parties.
