Yoshi management up to the CEO were Respectful, honest and felt like they really cared about the employees with good equipment, pay and insurance

I started towards the end of covid lock downs and only had 10 months in before my accident on my bike that forced then to let me go and they were working on these issues at that time but the negatives would probably be dealing with multiple phone apps and the GM customers giving the wrong location and forcing you to walk the parking lot looking for their lic plate

This is the worst set of people I have ever worked with!!!! Your concerns fall on deaf ears. They micromanage you and always preach "over communication is key", when we are always in the dark about everything. The communication is pretty horrible. We are adults, there is no reason why everyone should feel micromanaged and we are primarily remote and hybrid.
No Accountability! If you have a problem don't expect them to deal with it. You will now become the problem for even bringing it up and thus will treat you accordingly. They will purposely avoid and ignore you making you feel like you are the problem. They never own up to any of their wrongdoings either, hardly ever by customers either. They like to use emoji's to gaslight as well. Don't think they will ever rectify a problem. They lack a huge amount of accountability and gas light their workers and the customers.
Unprofessional! I have seen on several occasions they talks bad to us about customers and other colleagues in slack channels. This is beyond unprofessional. They even went as far as looking up the customer's businesses and social media after the unpleasant encounters with said customers. I don't believe they treats everyone equal and have seen things that I would never support. I also found it truly disgusting to see people express their dissatisfaction openly of workers as well. Calling them "lazy" and other derogatory comments. I could only imagine what they have said behind others backs as well
Lack of Inclusivity! This bothered me a lot. They have nothing but caucasian people and its predominately them. I can also advise by discussing pay with other colleagues that its clear minorities are paid quite less than their counterparts.
No organization! Its a zoo! There is no structure or boundaries within its organization and job requirements. Departments doesn't do their job accordingly and passes on a lot of stuff to the customer success team. We have so many things to do and task to complete so there's no reason why ops doesn't watch the routes when that's what the job entails. On top of your job the leadership want you to pick up their slack too.
I can truly go on and on. I just don't think this job is worth it. It really does deplete your mental health and to me is a very toxic work environment.

-Formulate and actual HR team so your worker's feel safe to discuss their concerns without repercussions of kickback since management likes to talk amongst each other about workers. There is no reason why this "start-up" has been in business for over 5 years and has no actual HR team.
- STRUCTURE! Fix it! Jesus...
-And everything else I mentioned so your employees would stay a lot longer. The turn around is so high between customer success and techs. It's due to the culture at the business!
