Fine place to work, corporate doesn't seem to care about the "little guy" employees though

Flexible schedule depending on the agent. The agent that I worked for paid for the insurance education and licensing of all employees. Everyday, you have your assigned tasks to complete by end of day as well as handling incoming calls which are usually angry customers. Corporate would change company policies including pricing and discount qualifications which would usually invoke an influx of angry calls from policyholders.

No health insurance. Agent was very biased amd unrealistic with goals they were setting and expecting from team members. They were never there so they couldn’t judge operations correctly to ensure an even flow in the daily operations.

I’m currently in training and impressed with the amount of training provided for new employees. There are jobs aids for every situation. Most of the employees have been with the company for years. I love the hybrid schedule of three weeks from home and one week in the office per month.

Great place to work but management is a dud. The company itself care a lot about the employees just hope your manager does as well. Pay is pretty good based on job function. There are always different fun events for the staff. Advancement opportunities are scarce in the life department and changing departments can take quite a while.

Intense Impactful Work with High Stakes
|
The company culture and people are fantastic. There is a workforce shortage for claims adjusting, that leads to high stakes triage with regard to handling claims. It takes almost a year to get up to speed, and this is coupled with high turnover, as the claims case load burns new hires out. Not an easy situation that I blame the company for, but new employees should expect to join where there is a high level of stress.
