My direct supervisors are helpful and respectful. The training is very thorough. It is a fast paced work environment where you are measured by how many decisions you issue. You spend most of your time on the phone and while many calls are relatively "normal" you often get difficult ones which can be very stressful. The state of Wisconsin offers benefits that are nearly unparalleled. This organization had several wonderful people, but many were disorganized and there are not sufficient written standard operating procedures or training for staff to feel adequately prepared to make good decisions about carrying out business.
