Amazing culture and income potential

This is a company I had worked for many years ago and have recently rejoined. I am happy to find that the culture is a truly inclusive and diverse. I have experienced a friendly, welcoming and yet business like environment at each and every branch across Texas and Oklahoma. The salaries and bonus potential are generous and attainable. Even with the company on track to net over 100 million in business this year Statewide still maintains a "family" kind of feel. I know that may sound corny but it is true. I know people that have been with the company for more than 20 years and still come to work excited to be a part of this successful organization experiencing explosive growth.

As with any company producing or selling popular items or products growing pains are sometimes a part of that. Each department has expanded so much over the last couple of years and we just keep growing. Recruiting is our biggest challenge, in my opinion.

I am not quite sure how the company does it but keep that "family feel" as the company grows and expands. Knowing each employee plays a part in the success or failure of the every day success of the organization keeps us all engaged and excited to here and to be making a contribution.

Statewide Remodeling is a great company to work for. Any company that looks inward for promoting is doing things the correct way. I am the sales manager here at our San Antonio location and this is by far the best job I have ever had.

Support and help from boss and employees. They WANT you to do well and will help you out however they can. Great opportunities to make money and get bonuses. Really flexible work schedule and usually gives you the days you want off.
