Simply put, Stay22 is the best employer I've come across in my 11 year career. Aside form the fascinating product(s), the culture at Stay22 is quite special. Though competitive, there is an inherit sense of compassion and sincerity that exists from leadership down that is motivating and inspiring. To those looking for more than just a paycheck (yes, they have very competitive salary's), this is a great place to work. Also, the work/life balance is ACTUALLY amazing... not just "on paper". They actually want you to not just be obsessed with your job.

The gift and the curse of Stay22 is that it is on YOU to decide if you want to be part of the solution of part of the problem on a daily bases. There is always a million things going on, and though this can certainly be overwhelming on some days, the fact remains that there is always a solution- and people willing to help you work towards that solution if you ask for help. As with any startup, one can pretty easily find something to complain about (lack of procedure or systems or roadmap), but within any frustration(s) there is opportunity to take lead and set the precedent yourself. Some people may love that- some people may feel "that's not my job". Up to you!

My favorite thing about working here is the team. Everyone helps each other. Even though sales are competitive by nature my teammates have my back and have helped me with enthusiasm countless times.
The management is unafraid to reexamine their decisions and change direction. They care about the team and think about the long-term as much as the immediate results.

It is a small and economically run company, meaning there are no extra hands to pick up the slack. It is expected that everyone works hard all the time. It's not necessarily a con, but a workplace like this requires motivation and stamina.

I love working here. Great culture, lots to learn, colleagues are helpful, and everyone's ready to pitch in at a moment's notice. Work model is hybrid, and my original plan was to work more from home than office. But the vibe in office is so energizing, I started coming in more than I expected.
The technology is cutting edge, and the products are easy to sell.

It's a startup which grew extremely fast. There's some organizing that needs to be addressed in order to scale upwards and continue to grow. It's also very fast-paced and tech heavy. If you're not quick on your feet, you may find yourself struggling.

As the headline says, they should concentrate more on helping staff to succeed in the long term. They focus too much on "Pizza lunches" and other short impact "benefits" without actually laying any foundations for long term success. Staff turnover is crazy fast.
