Work remote. Schedules are flexible so you're able to go to school, get a second job etc.
My team was amazing. We were in the trenches together. No matter how hectic a shift was. You felt supported by your team.

STRESSFULL!!
This place was unorganized. The company politics were ridiculous. The only people that get promoted are the people who chum it up with the CEO or are friends with someone who's friends with the owners.
This was a fairly new start up and unfortunately a lot of money was spent on the outside when the inside was crumbling. Great concept but terrible management
