Bosses even questioned me for going home early after working for 10 hours at the office. They will email you in the middle of the night with eedbacks prior to a meeting the next morning. They micromanaged everything and it resulted to workloads being always heavy. Am I really this stupid? Absolutely nothing. This is a place where people’s enthusiasm and careers go to die. If you are thinking about a job here, see a Phychologist first. You have deep issues to resolve. There is no reason to accept a position here on the “Island of Misfit Toys” You take a bus to Atlantic City for SKO and listen to the VP’s trash the CEO... fun times. Working at Stealthbits has been a very positive experience, full of opportunities to work with talented colleagues and expand my skill set. The company continues to grow year over year, and it's motivating to see the product offerings expand alongside that growth. So far management has been transparent, and provides regular updates about the direction of the company. I've also received plenty of guidance from my colleagues when requested, and those I've worked with are welcoming, friendly, and have a passion for cybersecurity.
