Encouraging and Collaborative Work Environment
|
I have been with Stealth Monitoring for almost 1 year. With the uncertainty of COVID, I was not sure what to expect when it came to the company and job security. I was pleasantly surprised to learn that I was joining a wonderful team who works together and appreciates every employee, no matter how small.
There is plenty of team building and socialization, even when working remotely. Management is encouraging and very approachable.

It’s alright
|
It’s an ok company but it’s a toxic atmosphere out working on the floor too much gossip going around and they have supervisor meetings where they apparently talk bad about the operators during these meetings too many people talking out on the floor and you have to listen to other people’s conversations while you’re working, their just a small fish in the sea only bright spot really is that you get free pizza once a month oh and another thing the company ordered Chinese food for the Christmas holidays and on New Years and they ordered the food on the night shift so the day shift got stuck with the leftovers which was a huge disappointment because the day team thought that they would also order fresh food for the day team but did that didn’t happen there is a reason why i don’t trust anyone when I’m their and they have some of these moronic team leads working their as well also big time favouritism with certain people at the workplace overall it’s meh
|

One of the worst companies that I have ever worked for.

The company was family owned. Leadership skills were sub-standard. The company was bought out by a Canadian company. Things only got worse. If you were not a chosen person or was will to work for popers wages then they would work you out of the company. Best thing that happened to me was getting "laid-off". Truth, they did not want to pay my salary.

Horrible Company
|
This is the worst company i've ever worked for. Horrible mess of a company chaotic and don't appreciate hard work. They are completely disconnected from their employee's. Constantly have to watch your back because they get rid of you for literally no reason and wont give you any reason either.

I've felt that they've been great at providing both the opportunities and support needed to help me succeed in my role. I find everyone is very easy to talk to and work with, and the environment is very welcoming. There are plenty of chances to learn. Work is also well organized, interesting, and well planned out.

Working at Stealth has been great so far - especially in this post-COVID situation. Everyone has been extremely accomodating, nice and collaborative, and overall just great people to work with. Haven't met anyone that has been tricky to work with yet.

Incredible workplace with a very friendly and supportive management team

Working for Stealth Monitoring has been an absolute pleasure. Every employee I have spoken to or worked with has been friendly, supportive, and have acted as great mentors during my first few months with the company. I started work remotely due to the COVID-19 situation but, with that being said, the team at Stealth worked to introduce me to many other members of the team in my first few weeks. That really helped to make the transition seamless and started off the experience on great footing. I could not have asked for a better first job, and I would highly recommend working here to anyone interested in completing fulfilling and interesting work, while being surrounded by a supportive and friendly group of co-workers and managers.
