However upper management is young and inexperienced. This could be a great place to work given the product manufactured, the good people on the front lines, and teamwork shown by them; however the company needs a major overhaul in in regard to how it is operated and managed. This is a company that experienced major growth without the development of processes and procedures that are necessary to assure continued growth and success.
